The Simon Open Door runs from the 11th to the 19th of May. Every year, the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) partner with the Simon Communities of Ireland to offer people with the opportunity to bounce their ideas and dreams off a professional architect, while at the same time contributing a donation (€95) to deliver support and service to over 11,000 people and families throughout Ireland who experience – or are at risk of – homelessness every year.
The design and specification stage of your new build, extension or renovation is a crucial stage in your project. You, the client are able to establish your requirements, consider the different options available to you and select the best option. James Kelly Associates would always advise that at the start of the project you meet an architect to resolve the above issues. The challenge for the architect is to deliver what you want within your budget and time frame.
You can book a consultation for an hour with a RIAI Accredited Architect for 95 euro with all monies going to the Simon Communities. Book your consultation on the Simon Open Door website, www.simonopendoor.ie.
James Kelly Associates work with and can highly recommend the following Architects in Cork that are running the RIAI Simon Open Door 2019:
- Cook Architects
- Dennehy Architects
- Kane Architects
- Loic Dehaye Architects
- Louise Sliney
- The PassivHaus Architecture Company
