Pre Purchase Survey Report

At James Kelly Associates we undertake pre-purchase surveys on properties that you are buying or selling. The report will provide observations on any defects, the condition of the building and the general standard of construction and finishes prior to purchase. The report will also include a check on the compliance of the building with the relevant building regulations.

On the day of the inspection, we will also undertake a boundary check with the Land Registry Map if required.
