Since 2013, clients are required under The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations to nominate a Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) and a Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS). At James Kelly Associates, we have been appointed PSDP on the majority of our jobs as we are generally responsible for the structural design and site inspections. As such, we are in the best position to identify potential safety issues arising on site.

Our Health & Safety Package includes:

• Issue the relevant AF1 form to the Health & Safety Authority
• Identify hazards and introduce control measures to eliminate and reduce risks.
• Prepare a Safety & Health Plan
• Prepare a Safety File
• Notify the Authority and Client of non-compliance with any written instructions
